We are saddened to announce the death our dear friend and colleague Cllr Avril MacKenzie.
Avril will have been known to many throughout the Association and amongst the wider party both as an elected councillor and a dedicated member.
Avril was a dedicated councillor who was well known and liked by her colleagues and constituents and would often be seen walking through the ward with her dog.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with Avril’s family at this extremely difficult time.
